Transform your body and your life forever

Let me tell you a story:

In 2008, I got an email one night. It read: “Hi Carl. I’ve done a lot of research and I’d like you to be my trainer. I’m 44 and I’m obese (252 lbs). I can’t live like that anymore. Are you available?”

That client was a woman. We worked together for 2 years. During that time, she:

– Lost 61 lbs
– Quit her job (where she worked 80 hours a week)
– Split up with her abusive husband
– Stopped drinking heavily and doing cocaine

Not only did her body change, but her personality changed as well. She opened up. She told me: “I used to get angry all the time. Terrible fits of rage. It’s better now. I can keep my cool. Most of the time, anyways.”

That year, at a family reunion, a distant relative almost didn’t recognize her.

After about 2 years, we stopped working together (it was becoming expensive). We did keep in touch though. And she told me she hadn’t relapsed. Transforming her body changed her life. Forever.

Are you ready for that kind of change? It doesn’t need to be that dramatic, of course.

Still… when you transform your body, you also transform your life, one pound at a time. By working on the outside, you end up working on the inside. You’re making commitments… to yourself. And you’re keeping them! You’re becoming more disciplined and driven. Based on my experience, that part alone should boost your self-confidence.

The other part that boosts your self-confidence is your body. You’re building a body that looks better. Whether you like it or not, people judge you based on your looks. Deep down, maybe you (!) even judge yourself by your looks. By transforming your body, you’ll get more attention, status, respect, and praise. You’ll look better, and feel terrific.

It could change your life. Ask any former obese person. My client told it me straight: “Men don’t look at me the same.”

Me? I started lifting when I was 16. It completely changed my life. I’ll tell you more about that tomorrow. But for now, let’s just say that I know from experience how transforming your body can transform your life.

That’s what drives me. And that’s why I’m doing all of this. If you’d like to join me and learn more about this new app that can transform your body and your life, check out Dr. Muscle.

Just like that obese woman, transforming your body could really transform your life. So I hope you’ll join me. It’s going to be great.
