Challenge mode with as many reps as possible (AMRAP)
Feeling strong today? Try a Challenge to do as many reps as possible (AMRAP) on your first work set. Stop before your form breaks down. Trainers have known for years that you can complete more reps this way than by setting out to do a fixed number of reps (e.g. 10). Tap the pen icon next to any exercise and Challenge to test yourself with this improved feature, or let the app suggest it automatically to you (when you’re making fast progress, or when you're stuck).
