In recent updates, we moved the Workouts menu from a button at the bottom of the home page, to a menu at the top-right of the home page, to the Exercise page now (in the bottom navigation bar). We think it has finally found its place ;- ) Full release notes
When should you work out again? Experts usually recommend 2 days between full-body workouts and 1 day between split body workouts. On an upper/lower-body split, you should also take a full day off after 2 days of training. If you're new to lifting, this gets confusing fast.
