Stay on track with 10-min bodyweight workouts
Training is hard. It requires time, knowledge, and motivation. Life can get in the way, and it's easy to get off track. Fear not: we got you covered. The next time you travel, or you're in a slump, if you can't train for 5 days, Dr. Muscle will suggest a short, 10-min bodyweight workout. You'll get a reminder email, and a notification on your phone. Don't want them? No problem, you can opt out. This is just one more way we're improving Dr. Muscle so it helps you get (and stay) in top shape.
