Prioritize a body part

Wanna prioritize a body part? In Settings, you can now choose from biceps, chest, or abs (for men) or abs, legs, and glutes (for women)—we selected those based on popular parts among users. This will add one exercise for that muscle group at the end of all relevant workouts. That way, you'll still do balanced, optimal workouts. But that body part will now progress a bit faster.
